AMUSE BOUCHE FIRST COURSE Freshly made burrata with tomato & garlic confit, fresh herbs, croutons from the Vineyard Kitchen, pickled onions. Paired With: 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon & Baker's Delight SECOND COURSE Maple-marinated pork belly with six minute egg, furikake, avocado, & masa croquette. Paired with: 2019 Malbec Rose & Lemon LePew THIRD COURSE Savory brioche French toast with chestnuts, truffle mousse, & Royal Sturgeon Caviar.
